The NBMCA Members (Board of Directors) generally meet the 4th Wednesday of the month, or at the call of the Chair, at 5:30 pm. All meetings of the General Membership and Executive Committee are open to the public.   The next meeting is September 22, 2021.

During COVID-19, meetings are currently being held via Zoom.  If you would like to observe, please contact Sue Buckle, Manager Communications & Outreach.

A meeting or part of a meeting may be closed to the public if the subject matter being considered is identified in the closed meeting section of the Agenda and the subject matter meets the criteria for a closed meeting.   

The Members' Administrative By-law governs the conduct of the Members' meetings including requests for Delegations and Presentations.

Draft Minutes and accompanying reports are posted within 30 days of the Members' Meeting.  Final minutes are posted when approved by the Members.  For minutes prior to 2018, please contact the Administrative Assistant.
