The North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority is a community based environmental agency that works in partnership with watershed municipalities and the Province of Ontario to protect the natural environment.   We employ staff in a variety of program areas on a full-time, contract, or seasonal basis.   We offer a positive working environment with colleagues dedicated to the social, economic and environmental well-being of our watershed. 

During COVID, our employees are working a mix of in-office, at home, and in the field.  Currently,  NBMCA employees are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as a condition of employment in accordance with NBMCA's vaccination policy.
